Moreover, my experience in higher education in institutions like South Mediterranean University taught me that success isn’t just about what you know; it’s about how you communicate your value, & it got tested in the boardroom. I specialize in helping leaders maintain unshakeable executive presence, even when the stakes are high and the pressure is on. However, I noticed that many high-achievers, especially expats and “outsiders,” struggle with a persistent “Imposter Mask” that leads to burnout.
